Q:  What size shirt should I order?

A:  Our shirts are fitted so they do run a bit smaller than your typical box style t-shirts. If you prefer a looser fitting shirt you may wish to order one size larger. Additionally, we recommend that you check out our Adult Size Chart or Kid's Size Chart for the most accurate sizing info.

Q:  If you could use one word to describe your shirts what would that word be?

A:  Soft. Our shirts are made of a super soft, ring spun cotton. Our shirts are have a high thread weight. Like the thread count on sheets the higher the number of thread the greater the softness. This higher number results in a tighter weave making the shirt feel softer. The average t-shirt has a thread weight of 18. Our adult shirts are a 32 thread weight.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  Shipping in the continental U.S. is a flat $4.95. That is a flat $4.95 per order, not per shirt, so, whether you order 1 shirt or 16 shirts (or any other variation) shipping is still just $4.95.

Q:  How do you ship?

A:  We ship within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. We are so sure that you will love our super soft shirts that if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) with no questions asked.  You simply pay the return shipping and once your item(s) have been processed you will see a credit for the item(s) on your credit card statement, typically within 2 weeks.

Q:  What is your privacy policy?

A:  Any information collected from the Live the Ocean website will NOT be shared. We value our customers and will NEVER take part in the sharing of your information.

Q:  Are your shirts produced in a sweat shop?

A:  No! Absolutely not! Live the Ocean shirts are produced with a respect for individuals and for the environment.Our shirts come only from factories that are child labor and sweat shop free.
